FSG has played a crucial role as a strategic ally in the deconstruction of our purpose, vision, mission, values, and business strategy, all geared toward the creation of Shared Value. We closely collaborated through engaging workshops that allowed us to focus on strategic pillars, areas of opportunity, and enabling efforts. We also involved investors and companies from our portfolio, as well as critical ecosystem allies, in understanding the challenges and opportunities we face. This joint effort culminated in the development of a solid strategic framework that now serves as the guiding light for our actions from this year onward.

To consolidate our progress and promote a collaborative culture, the Capital+SAFI team has organized team-building activities, including an off-site meeting held between August 31 and September 2. During this event, we shared ideas focused on creating shared value and reaffirming our company’s purpose. This gathering not only generated innovative concepts but also strengthened the bonds among our team members.


The off-site event represented a crucial milestone in our journey toward creating shared value. Each area of the company presented a theme and its application in our business model through activities that encouraged co-creation.

The potential issuer must request the Risk Rating report from a rating agency authorized by the ASFI.

In this first meeting we want to know your business, strategy and projections and we send an initial request for information.

Es importante contar con toda la documentación necesaria para realizar la emisión de títulos valores. Para esta actividad tienen el apoyo del Área Legal de Capital +SAFI.

3.2 Calificación de Riesgo:

El potencial emisor debe solicitar el informe de Calificación de Riesgo a una calificadora autorizada por la ASFI.

2. Negociación de Términos y Condiciones

2.1 Se requiere la Firma del convenio acuerdo de voluntades.

2.2 Elaboración de términos y condiciones de una potencial emisión.

En esta primera reunión queremos conocer su negocio, estrategia y proyecciones y les hacemos llegar un requerimiento inicial de información.
